We will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made within 30 days of the day after you have placed your order. Orders placed between 15 June and 31 August will be delayed by 4 weeks. Orders placed between 15 November and 31 November will be delayed by two weeks.
Delays may nevertheless occur for reasons related to the customisation of products, unforeseen circumstances or the delivery area.
You must check the package and the Product upon delivery. If, upon delivery, you notice any apparent damage, you must report it immediately on the delivery note before signing for receipt. In any event, in the event of apparent or hidden damage, you must notify us of your complaint by e-mail and registered mail within 15 days (including public holidays) of the date of delivery (the postmark being proof of this). After this period, no complaint will be accepted.
Our prices are valid for delivery under normal conditions and on the ground floor, unless otherwise expressly agreed on the order form or in the Order Confirmation e-mail. A supplement will be charged for deliveries requiring the use of a furniture lift, even if this was not specified at the time of ordering.
If, at the time of delivery, it is found that any surcharge due (e.g. for the hire of the furniture lift) has not been paid, the Products may not be delivered. In this case, the Products will be taken back by the carrier and the transport costs will be charged to you.

In accordance with Belgian law, any Customer established in Belgium is entitled to notify us that he/she renounces the purchase made via our Site, without a visit to our shop having taken place, within a period of 14 calendar days from the day after the delivery of the order.
This provision shall apply to any Customer benefiting from an identical protection in his country of residence.
The professional Customer does not benefit from this right of withdrawal.
The Customer's right of withdrawal is subject to the return of the entire delivery as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 working days of the sending of the e-mail or registered letter notifying the withdrawal.
The Customer concerned must enclose a copy of their Order or invoice in the package and send us an e-mail.
The products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
We will refund the price of the Product within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal, subject to our right to postpone this refund until we receive the package or proof of return.
After this period of 14 days, the products delivered will not be taken back or refunded. However, we reserve the right to refuse to refund returned products if they are incomplete, damaged or show signs of use.
The Customer who makes use of this right of withdrawal shall bear all resulting costs, which may not, however, exceed the amount of the return of the Products ordered.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to
the Customer who has placed an order in the presence of one of our representatives;
the Customer who is acting for commercial or industrial purposes or in the course of his professional activities;
the Customer who has expressly invited us to execute his order before the expiration of the withdrawal period;
the Customer who has ordered the manufacture of a product meeting particular specifications such as finishes, materials, measurements and colours.
Returns will only be accepted and refunded or exchanged if our sales staff confirm that the Product conforms to that which was sent, without damage, modification or intervention of any kind.
Withdrawal must be notified by e-mail or by registered letter sent to the return address mentioned below. The Customer may, but is not obliged to, use the attached cancellation form.

The return is at the Customer's own risk if he does not use the carrier we have recommended.
The Site has opted exclusively for payment by card via the Ingenico secure payment system, which encrypts all your information linked to the use of the card during the online payment operation via the Site. The cards accepted by the Site are the following: Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard or Bancontact, Maestro. On the online payment page, you will be asked to enter your credit card number, its expiry date and the cryptogram number (3-digit number on the back of your credit card).The Site cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any use (fraudulent or otherwise) of the credit card by a third party, in particular in the event of interception of the messages.At the time of payment, you will be directed to the Ingenico secure site for the entire payment transaction. This mechanism ensures the confidentiality of payment data (in particular credit card numbers). Thus, at no time does the Site have knowledge of your card number: only the financial institution receives them in an encrypted manner. The Site has a certificate issued by Verisign, which attests to the existence of Ingenico and the use of an SSL certificate for the encryption of confidential data. Once the payment has been accepted and confirmed, Ingenico proceeds with the verification and completion of the payment online.
Deliveries are made to the following countries: France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
They are handled by Bpost for Belgium and by external carriers depending on the products to be delivered for the other countries.
Delivery costs are free for all purchases over €100. Otherwise, the delivery costs remain payable by the Customer and amount to
Belgium: € 20,- euros
Export: below 500,-€ € 30,-€ fee, above that according to weight and volume on quotation
The parcel is insured by us throughout its journey, until you take possession of it.
In order to ensure a perfect state and a perfect safety during the transport, all the Products are carefully packed and protected according to the standards in use.
Each Product is carefully inspected before shipment. You must make a similar inspection at the time of receipt. Complaints should be made in accordance with the provisions of clause 11 above.
We endeavour to describe and present the Products as accurately as possible. However, it is impossible to reproduce the actual colour of the Products on the screen, and the colour rendition depends on the computer hardware you are using. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the reliability of the colours. The documents associated with the Products are therefore only given as an indication and are not contractual. We do not accept any claims or give any guarantee for dissatisfaction with the colour and/or descriptions.
We shall not be liable for any delay in the performance of an Order or for any failure to perform an Order if the delay or failure to perform is due to a technical or other cause beyond our control. In this case, we shall be entitled to delay carriage and delivery to the extent reasonable and necessary or simply to cancel any Order.
No claims can be made and no warranty is given beyond the period stipulated in Article 12.
The foregoing warranties are limited and are in lieu of all other warranties whether express or implied.
